I have the Certum and added a foam wedge to the back of it, but I wanted the flexibility of the Certum, even though I only carry AIWB. A lot of people on here have complained about the velo's plastic wedge saying it can get a bit uncomfortable.

I recently got a tenicor certum 3 and went blue alpha at first. I immediately realized I didn't want the Velcro sound and just bit the bullet and got a zero belt. I was able to handle both before sending back blue alpha and even the width/stiffness is significant. If I'm going to wear it everyday for years - I'm happy I went with the zero.

Before you change clips, check out the 2-3 videos Tenicor has demonstrating how to take those clips on and off. Those DCC clips are the gold standard and many people pay to upgrade to them so the fact it came with those clips default is good deal.
