Edit: Third day of these bombing raids, they seem to pull mass numbers of zombies to an area then a helicopter appears and kites them around it seems. Ran around the area for a whole in game day and found nothing but fields of zombies chasing this helicopter around. Starting to wonder how many days in a row this will happen for.People act like it brings guaranteed death and destruction of your base. There’s a reason someone made the expanded helicopter mod because vanilla helicopter is pretty damn simple. Unless you’re running around and it’s chasing you it’s pretty underwhelming. Now try it without unbreakable objects (glitchs). If the heli spot you outdoor it will try to follow you even if you go indoor immediately. The heli will keep hover around and bring a party to you. 2 ways to counter heli event. U either prepare a vehicle with some food and drink and slowly drive away from town and stay at outskirt for a night once heli spot you outside. Be aware when you feel it is clear and go outside that there may now be zombies in places that were previously "safe." r/projectzomboid.
