Failed Psych EOR. Failed my psych EOR recently. I knew the blueprint to a tee and still failed. I did the Rosh questions and felt good about it because I had high pass scores. Questions about random topics that were not on the blueprint (neurotransmitters, cbc, tsh, etc) and how vague the questions were really threw me off completely.
The EORs are very straightforward (many questions with 1-2 sentences), Rosh is consistently more difficult. I've been scoring in the 60s on Rosh and just scored 85 on the exam (FM EORE). Just focus on the blueprint and study like you've been studying for any other EOR. PAEA EORs are relatively easier as long as you have some idea about the topic being asked. You can often deduce McQ options down to 1 or 2 without much grasp of content / knowledge

If your score is <2 STD or better, you're probably gonna pass. Your program can set whatever pass rules they want. As an aside- PAEA certainly has the data to make a predictive model.
