The firing pin floats in the bolt and depending on how clean the channel is that the pin rides in it will sometimes keep the firing pin from moving freely. With that info you can now go to the next show and keep buying 39A's till the funds run out. Have fun.

Then remove the pin and clean It and study how it travels in the bolt raceway and what stops it. Make sure the hammer isn't hitting the receiver on either side.
