I tried with these two mods, because to my knowledge, the AW mod only adds a started gun (ATLAS 45), a new melee/grenade animation, enables the jetpack in zombies, and adds new character models. Whereas the customguns mod adds a ton bunch of new weapons. If I'm thinking correctly, it shouldn't as long as there's one mod folder and inside that folder, there are all the mods in a sub-folder. IE: (BO3 file directory)>mods>mods sub-folder> individual mod folders. I'd say give it a shot, but make a back up just in case.
