Your third team is a bit of a mishmash of leftover heros and you can probably get one more strong core for that team. Tasi/Ferael/Rowan is one good core. Ainz/Albedo/Arthur is another. I realized that healing comps like energy cycle don't technically use CC, but silence - hence they do 20% less dmg more often than they debuff enemy teams.
