Southwest is hiring Netjets and Flexjet pilots big time too. If you are happy at Netjets - good for you. That said, plenty of Netjets pilots have made the jump to a legacy - go ahead and ask them if they are happy or if they miss flying 4-5 legs per day (including twice into TEB after min rest) on the Phenis….
