You should see something like this. for fullscreen make sure that: bBorderless=1 bFull Screen=1. for resolution change for 21:9 resolutions (3440x1440, 2560x1080 etc) change: iSize H= (your resolution height e.g 1440,1080) iSize W= (your resolution width e.g 3440,2560) then save the file. I found this way to make FO4 work with 21:9 aspect ratio without any downloads or complicated steps whatsoever, just follow the video and it should work fine...
