I agree the Asher looks like the best fit, and I think your assessment is correct that these bras have too much room at the apex and the top. I’m not familiar with Fantasie but Asher is the most closed on top bra out of all 3 Cleo’s.

Honestly the most likely reason is that the bras you were wearing previously didn't actually fit as well as you thought before your surgery. After looking at the pre/post op pics in your post history that is definitely the reason.
