Aug 4, 2009 · I have a 2004 honda accord 4cyl. It stopped cooling(AC) i checked fuses under hood and found a 20a cooling fan fuse blown. I replaced it took it for a spin. It didn't seem to start cooling so I came home turned it off and started to check other fuses. found nothing and now it won't start, it just turns over.

Adding a 2 watt solar panel to offset battery drain (didn't help at night with no sun).
