May 26, 2019 · The Staccato-C is just as good as the rest. I’m very happy with my C. I’m a fan of well done grips, the stock grip in my opinion was sub par especially since I have well over 12 guns with STI’s Costa or DVC grips. They are done for STI by Extreme Shooters. It really is a night and day difference.

The Staccato's are reliable (have owned a C2, currently have an XC, Nighthawk, Fowler, Wilson Combat and a few BULs). The Staccatos are solid entry level 2011s. A lot of what your will read about unreliability has been mitigated by the move to the latest generation magazines and the change in focus to be duty guns.
