Use Eagle Eye to locate the horse quickly in the snow. Get on foot and lock-on to the horse by pressing L2/LT. Call to the horse to get the "freak" meter of the horse on your screen. Approach the horse slooowwly and keep your eyes glued on the meter. If the meter moves a millimeter, stop immediately and press square/A.
