Tractor. Kubota BX2350. My BX2350 does not have this problem either. I'm wondering if maybe the high/low gear lever may be out of adjustment and not letting the gears engage fully. Picking up BX2350 from dealer today. The latest two issues: 1. 3PT settled quickly. The o-ring between the control valve and hystat was blown, which let oil bypass. 2. Propel control pedal was sloppy and stuck in stroke. I know it is a big deck for the 24 hp but if it can't handle it, then they should not sell it! In other words, the weight on the seat has to work against these springs in order to press the switch.

First check the connections on your battery. Also the other end of the ground cable to the engine. Don't just look at them. Remove, clean and retighten. This is if you do not have a weak battery. If so recharge and try again. Or you can try jumping with another battery. I'd bet my money on a poor connection.
