I hold bike straight up, after it's sat 5 minutes. and fill to middle /top line in glass while holding bike straight up. It was a pain in the a$$ getting off the old oil filter - the oil wrench I was using (see pic) wasn't cutting it.From your pic, it is just an oil spot on the ground. You need to pull off the lower fairing, clean off the oil, run the bike and see where it is coming from.
