well am reading the Ford high performance parts interchange bible, and the 351w & 400m main & rod sizes are for all intents & purposes the same size-both cr anks & rods are made outta the same materials and capable to 65-6800 rpm in std form. I like the idea of a longer stroke on 400m vs the stroke on the 460. I know a 460 can be built for alot of HP and torque but thats way up in the high fives to sixes in the RPM range.
