So I keep selling 600 (100 and 2x 50 per 3 potion types) potions per guild (so 600 * 5 = 3000) and keep restocking. Easy and effortless money if you just spend a few minutes on shopping.

Awesome Guild Store UI on PC has them under Consumable, Container. Regular UI does not have them categorized. "Fish" will only show up when searching All Items. yes the listing fee is waived if the item sells. It is. I have an add on that puts an invoice in the mail I receive when an item sells and shows the house and guild cut and the return of the listing fee. Thanks for the responses.
The easy way to get items from guild trader is by going to Outlaws Refuge ( in mournhold, its damn good because everything is nearby).
