The issue is that you have basically no time to do anything with 10 minutes besides loot two rooms and run to an extract, and you have virtually no chance of fighting a PMC which is a major part of the new karma system. My suggestion is to increase the minimum scav raid time to 25 minutes across maps.The loot, while not as good as other prime scavving maps, is good enough to make it worthwhile to loot some rooms before extracting.
