Sailor Moon S and the Outer Senshi are highly overrated. Sailor Moon R is the most underrated season. Sailor Stars can be argued as the best season of the original anime. The break up arc was good. Mamoru gets WAY too much flack. Sailor Moon Crystal gets way too much flack. The writing for the Stars arc in the manga falls off after a certain point.
