Dec 10, 2017 · Fisher MM1 - no power to plow. Hi, new member on here with a problem with my 3 pin MM1 Plow. I'm usually pretty handy fixing things but this is my first plow and I've only had it a few years so I'm still new to these. I had been out plowing my driveway when the plow lost all power. The controller light still was still working and illuminated red.
Oct 13, 2023 · Check both of them. check connections at the plow motor and ground and the truck battery. Make sure they are clean and tight. check the plugs, both plow side and truckside. Have a first gen electric fisher minute mount plow. When i put it on this year it raised and angled but the pump stuck on. I figured solenoid, si I changed it, but no help, so i said ice, changed fluid, pulled coil packs and cartridges took hoses loose and pushed blade back and forth to purge cylinders.3. tested the plow and iso module from the dodge with the chevy and everything works. 4. bypassed the module at the 4 pin connector and all plow functions work perfectly. 5. I am not getting any power to the swv-dc coming out of the module. 6. confirmed power on the acc-cc wire. 7.

I went through the sticky and followed all directions. Everything points to a bad 3 port module per the step by step trouble shooting guide. Im getting power in the module but no power out. If you have all the correct powers and grounds as inputs and the controller and module are new. There is nothing left but issues at the connector pins or at the hydraulic motor non-functional. I done a bypass and the plow works just no lights on plow. Checking the connections you assumed may be the issue is next.

The solenoid won't turn on the plow motor unless the controller calls for it to. Misterplow, get a 12 volt test light and start checking for power at the solenoid. If the clicking you hear is at the solenoid, make sure there is power going to the plow pump motor when you activate the controller.
