Edit: After much trial and error, I got both the WoW UI and ElvUI versions synced and working. They're almost exactly the same layout, with ElvUI showing buff and debuff timer bars over the player and target unit frames, respectively (can't do these bars in WoW UI). Here are the equivalent action bars between WoW and ElvUI: WoW AB 1 = ElvUI AB 1.
Within ElvUI's own moving system (Toggle Anchors in the bottom-left of the ElvUI config window), the anchor is called "Loot / Alert Frames (Grow Up)". You can find that anchor while in either "General" or "All" Config Mode when editing anchors. I wanna to do the same. I think you can use MoveAnything addon, but its only conjectures.

In pretty much every weakaura I have, the option to change the WA's anchor is always greyed out and can't be changed, and I haven't been able to figure out how to change it. Please help!
