I work in the SRAC and we do counts every hour so I actually know exactly how busy we are, lol. We have a slight rush in the mornings around 9am that lasts for an hour or so, and then anytime from 3pm to 9pm is going to be pretty packed. I'd recommend anywhere from 12-3 if you want a quieter time.
