Had the same problem, when temps went below about 20, the door would be hard to open and then it would not relatch. Dealer finally found a fix after 3 trips. They tried lubricating, replacing actuator motor and finally replaced the latch assembly. The final one fixed it.

Mine had the Performance option w/19 inch wheels, summer tires. Living in Northern Virginia I swapped the summer tires immediately for all season Continentals, so wheels/tires were rebalanced.
