I use an asc longneck though (more dmg=more torpor) and I always need about half the darts that dododex shows. I also needed the amount of arrows dododex told me, fired from a ramshackle bow to tranq raptors, a carno, dilos.Knock it out, give it kibble or prime meat or mutton. Best way to go about it is build a trap and lure the griffin into it via pteranodon. Then knock it out and feed kibble/prime meat/mutton.
