By using both power switch or manual mode, the door closes but 2 second later, it pops out of its rear latch, causing the door indicator to light up. When put in drive or reverse, you hear a beeping sound. Before doing anything to solve your problem you should just reset your door mechanisim. It should solve 99.99999 % of the sliding door problem. 1)Fully open the sliding door manually or electrically. 2)Removed the #13 fuse (clock) for at least 60 seconds,located under the dash on the right side near the door hing.1. Reconnect the Odyssey's battery, if it is disconnected. The power sliding doors will not reset without the battery connected. 2. Turn the ignition on. Take a screw driver and flip the latch closed and spray it down with a spray lubricant. Then pull the outside door handle and it will release the latch. WAIT. The 400ma drain is supposed to be caused by sticking/failed microswitches in the door latch assembly. This is the stuff on the aft part of the door that draws it closed and latches it to the chassis of the car. It's a big assembly with several motors and two cables running out of it. It's expensive new.

That is the fuse for both doors that is hot all the time, and is the one that people find the parasitic drain on when there is a door latch problem.
