They make removal tools, but I have used a screwdriver and gently pryed right by the clips. Slowly work your way around the door. I just took a piece of 1/8th" or 3/16" 1" wide and about 6"long, cut a v 1/2" deep in the middle. Then just slide behind the panel and pry out. Works great.
