For equivalent stat investment the split attack of Halo Scythe or Winged Scythe will be higher, that's just the way it is. But if you wanted to go strength/int, Grave Scythe is the way to go. Infusion scaling decreases keep similar or same ratios, so whatever weapon you like that had decent dex scaling standard is gonna keep relatively elevated dex scaling cold.
