The pay is very low and management is horrible. You get paid 55 dollars a load and it takes 16hrs a day to get a minimum of 3 loads Some drivers just settle for 2 loads a day. The wait time to get loaded is 2hrs. You have to work every holiday and receive no holiday pay.
