My 8240 has a Koyker 545. Its a big heavy loader weighs a ton. My first loader was a Westendorf TA-26. I'm not going to lie, I prefer the Westendorf hands down, mainly for the ease of removing it. When I'm mowing and baling I don't like to have the loader on, and compared to the Westendorf the Koyker is a PITA to take off.The earlier John Deere tractors were never designed for a mid mount loader.
