Kenmore elite refrigerator water dispenser not working.
Hello, my kenmore elite refrigerator's water dispenser stops working when it starts to get cold outside (in the winter). If I turn off the power for about 2 hours to the refrigerator, it comes back online. I have inspected the spout and the supply line and doesn't see frozen water.
