In the app, tap the plus sign in the top right corner > Blood Glucose > Use as calibration. If it’s that far off though I’d be worried it’s a bad sensor. I guess I’d calibrate and see if that helps but not get my hopes up. My sensor is usually a little off for the first 24 hours. It usually takes a day to settle down.

I have had issues is the past with my meter giving crazy wrong readings (one touch verio) and changed to a different meter. Really it only matters what reading it gives if your low, and my dexcom often tells me I'm 3.7 when I'm really 4.1, so it seems to at least for me over estimate lows.
