Due to the SUV shortage, I literally haven’t test drove any RAV4. The new ravs drive pretty close to the Camry, you just sit up a little higher. Otherwise same drivetrain and similar handling. But I agree with you on the highlander! I had a rental and man was it quiet.Works well, easy installation and app is good - easy to use. Got the 2023 RAV4 and had the dealer included the Toyota dash cam as part of the original MSRP, so I didn’t pay extra. Will say the quality is not better compared to the earlier one I had. I have a 2022 Rav4 and need the passenger seat lowered. Step 1. Remove seat. Step 2, cut 3 inches out of seat frame and re-weld. Step 3. Reinstall. Drove both back to back, venza was a quieter more lexus like ride but the shape made it feel smaller inside and seemed to have less cargo space, ended up going with a Rav4 hybrid. Plus rav was a bit cheaper. The Venza looks more refined and the RAV4 is a bit rugged looking. So i probably would have given up and gotten a Mazda CX-5. Subaru Forrester. The main reason I got the RAV4 over the Forrester is cause I got it to 5k.
