So which one makes the greater damage after buffs. Undying fury is better. Fuse Zaou-Gongen with Principality for Yatagarasu. Undying Fury for a Physical Build, WotS for any Hybrid or Gun Build. Undying Fury gives this permanent 30% strictly for Physical skills and Melee attacks, WotS gives you 20% on any Focused hit (Charged or Concentrated).
Auto skills are convenient, but suboptimal. Put them on another Persona, enter battle with that one and then switch to Yoshi. Putting them on a Persona that will fight for most of the battle is a waste of skill slots. Same for Victory cry. Convenient, but supoptimal on a boss-oriented Persona. But it's a straight 30% increase to physical damage. Which is really good in and of itself. Will of the sword is 50% damage increase. I built 2 Yoshitsunes, one with Undying Fury and another with Will of the Sword. Both had 99 strength and the one with Undying Fury actually did more damage.

The ideal Yoshitsune is something like Hassou Tobi, Arms Master, four Nulls/Drains, and two fill passives (Insta-Heal, Victory Cry, Apt Pupil, Regen 3, etc.). You can put Power Charge, Debilitate, and auto-buffs on other Personas to free up space. You definitely don't need Repel Elec when Yoshitsune already has that naturally.
