My litter robot purchased recent permantely says it is full. It appears to be missing one of the sensors that senses litter. Litter Robot Connect is the model purchased november 2019 from robot shop. This video shows the sensor missingStep one is to try and clean the sensors. Most likely though you will need to replace the DFI sensors. There is a good video from Litter Robot on this. It requires you to do a pretty good disassembly of the lower unit. Once I replaced the sensors no more issues.
