Second 2 digits = Mo. third 2 digits = Day. fourth 2 digits = Number engine produced that day. The model number is what engine it is.

Tony Jacobs has posted in the past that a correct 134 casting code for years '58, '59 and '60 should be 310605. Corresponding number for a 172 for the same years would be 310609.

The first one was classified as a "Utility" tractor and was made from 1975-1978. The second one was made from 1983-1984 and was classified as a "Highway Utility" tractor. Either model could have a Ford loader attached to it. The numbers that would identify the model could be in two different locations.

It is not a 3000. The main difference between a 3000 and a 4000SU is the 4000SU has a more powerful engine and a stronger double reduction rear axle with arguably better inboard wet brakes.
