You can either hold A + B while booting to get to Unlaunch's menu, then boot Launcher (you can also set this to a hotkey if you want) or you can follow the instructions on dsi.cfw.guide to get them into TWiLight Menu++. just get hiya cfw and use a forwarder maker for roms, and autoboot hiya cfw with unlaunch you can acsess them directly from hiya.

Idk why, but I update manually like always in my Dsi, and now Twilight takes forever to launch or just get a stuck white screen. After multiples times, I got to the menu screen, but who knows what could it be. I always make sure to only update "_Nds Folder, title folder and BOOT.nds".
