Joined Jan 4, 2012. 342 Posts. #79 · Feb 4, 2022. I've had my 4 3/4" RR for around 10 years with no problems. Looked at, and shot the Wrangler, and the two revolvers are similar enough that I decided to keep the RR. Don't really like the safety on the RR, but prefer it's finish and grips.

Small but think it will work. It has a nice radius that looks like will fit down in the slot of the Heritage Rough Rider pistol. Going to drop it off at my gunsmith and have him drill and tap it and get it going fit me. Will take a month. To get it back , all backed up with with Xmas projects. Should make a good trapping / **** hunting pistol.

Hold the gun level and the firing pin doesn't hit hard enough to fire the round. Point the gun down and it fires every time. You can see the difference in the two pin strikes in the pic.
