Housing items are ridiculously overpriced on Balmung and Mateus, oddly, and I find the best deals where there's not much of a RP population, such as Diablos (sp) and Brynhildr. High-ticket items, such as new stuff, rare decorations and chocobo armors, don't seem to have a lower price on one server over another.
