Struggling with A 2018 Ediesel, Service electronic throttle control. 135k miles on the truck EGR Delete and tune at 65k miles. S&B cold air intake 2k miles ago. Truck had no issues until I got this message. So the message on the dash is putting me into limp mode with no check engine light. I have a 2017 Dodge ram 1500 Eco Diesel with 4000 km on it and I have had it into the dealer 3 times with the service throttle control message. The message has always come on when using the remote start. It has not come on while driving. Also it has come on when it is minus 20 deg cel or colder. Runs great when it is warm out.

Since your exhaust is 100% full you'll likely need a trip to a dealer for a forced regen (unless you have the advanced scan tools yourself).
