This worked and cold air successfully blew out on the drivers side, however, it caused the right side to now blow hot air. I figured this would be calibration, so I popped the HVAC b fuse for 2 mins. Ran battery for 2 mins to calibrate, then started the Chevy. Then start it up and allow it to run and cycle. Do this 3 times. If the issue remains then you need to replace the actuator. The code B0413 is a feedback circuit code and confirms this. The B0412 does not show as a valid code for the vehicle.
