I have a Ford 3000, and I have broken the draft control (touch control) arm off while backing. I need to replace it since I cannot raise and lower the brush cutter without it. The PTO lever is on the left side and just about under your leg. Forward is neutral or unengaged and back is engaged. If you tractor has draft control there is another lever on the right side under your seat. Lever pointing forward is in draft control and rotated back pointing up is no draft control.Member.
