More info here . Yes it fixed dogmeat and shipment dupe. There's always console commands or mods but I never done the glitch anyway. Bobbleheads and the You're SPECIAL! Increase it permanently. The others are temporary. Other ways that you can increase your stats past 10 are temporary debuffs from hunger etc. But I don't know if you can exploit them for more stat increases or if the boost is permanent.EDIT: It's gonna be a sad day for people who haven't done it when this glitch gets patched out and you know Bethesda's gonna do it. Hopefully they don't/can't patch it and I can stay broken.
