There's a tame one and one with explicit nudity and sex scenes. Check Lover's lab. I do not believe (though I could be wrong) that the "sexy" version is available on nexus.Flowergirls is outdated and unsupported these days but you can still use it, it's a requirement for some mods. I would recommend OSA for Ostim 1.3, Ostim NG with Open Animations RE for Ostim. Those alone should give you a good start. I fixed it on mine by going to MCM and turning off Cinematic Mode for the FG and enabling VRIK's (Ver 8.1) Selfie mode. Right after that the clones of your character started back up again, just as the mod intended. I'm at about 90+ mods at this point and it's still working just fine. Maybe VRIK must be the mod that fixed/broke it for you.
