Fight some bugs, grab stuff. You will see a couple of other terminals along the way that you can ignore (for the purposes of getting out of the Vault). You will finally find a room with a big desk in the middle, with a terminal on it. The terminal isn't locked. Choose the option to open the escape tunnel.
