So I'm currently with the FAA in an FV pay band (H). Years ago before I was with the agency and the switched from GS to the FV pay scale everyone that was a GS-12 was swapped over to a H band. That being said is it safe for me to apply to GS-12/GS-13 positions that state at least one year of experience in a GS-12 position?
