By drive thru window there is a screen that will show the whole On The Go Order (food, drinks, and pastry’s), there’s a drink screen that will only show the drinks for that order, and the sandwich station screen which will show all the hot food items. There is zero advantage doing mobile pickup at the drive thru. We don’t see the order until you come up to the speaker and give us your name. It’s very different than in-store pickup. When mobile ordering goes to the front counter, we get an alarm and the order pops up on our screens. It’s made right away and put in the pickup area.
