1 08-03-2020, 06:19 PM. 1997 Dt466e cranks but no start, scanned had codes for 543 code ecm/idm communication, 242 code FDCS signal to IDM OCC Self Test failed, code 253 Fuel Injection Sync Circuit OCC Self Test failed. Replaced ecm relay on firewall and that got rid of those codes, those codes would be active when the standard test was run.1998 international 4700 DT466E no start. We had no fuel issue and fixed that problem and now when we crank it over it will not start. We hit it with ether and it will not start. We have checked everything that we can think of and still no start when we crank it over. Fuel is still holding pressure and pump handle is hard.
