Unfortunately, ATTHelp does this often. They say a thread is private when it isn’t. This occurs when trying to use apps on an Apple TV. Spent hours on the phone with Direct tv support and nothing has been resolved. This is not right.

Your home network issue is not a DirecTV Stream issue, but an ISP issue. Your ISP appears to be changing your IP randomly, causing the service to think you are not at your home location. You need to get a static IP address from your ISP or change services. There are 100's of posts on his issue in the forum.
