In 1872 he founded ‘The Saxon porcelain manufactory of Carl Theime in Potschappel-Dresden’, which later became known as the Saxonian Porcelain Factory and then the Dresden Porcelain Manufactory. At first I thought this was Meissen but Im pretty sure that this is Dresden, (Carl Thieme) based on the mark. The mark is in blue and is a X with a capital T. The base and urn are marked.
