This has the vibe of a better looking rimworld type gameplay. And can we ever have too many base building city management style games with a little tower defense for fun added? Nope. But I will say the dev isnt earning any points by having no road map-and they dont check their social media either, I messaged a question got no reply.

1) Flyers have not been a problem at all. Put in a few flak guns, but honestly, snipers take them down pretty well. 2) Missile batteries are now much more useful to effectively stun/knock down dudes carrying the same weapons your team might be carrying.Yeah a dedicated turret platform would be nice, which has a built in ladder to climb up and looks nicer than the normal platforms. #8. Killbox is just the best way, they walk in/to it from any direction, water blocks bugs from getting to point b, flyers dunno if water stops them, never tested due to i dont like to build against water/mountains. However mointains are not a defense option, bugs and your people can walk up very steep cliffs. #2.

You don't need to enclose your entire base with walls, just an area, with an open gate, where you will move your survivors to when you get attacked. And you need to move ALL of your survivors there if you want them to come to you through the open gate. As far as dealing with the ranged mobs, kill them first.
