Uhm Eleonora's Poleblade it's fantastic with an amazing (unique) ash of war, but if you want versatility then the Godskin Peeler. eleonora’s poleblade sucks. uchigatana and nagikaba are better bleed builds (with blood affinity and sepukku). godskin peeler is very situational, for example i only ever use it for the second phase of fire giant.

I basically played the entire game by dual wielding eleonora's poleblade and seppukku godskin peeler. It was pretty fun, and very effective, though it does get less effective when the enemy doesn't bleed. It kicks butt. Lottsa fun.
